Product Description

Introducing our heavy-bodied, medium-setting, high-strength PVC solvent cement, perfect for joining larger pipe sizes. This specially created solvent cement is designed for use on pressure pipes and fittings up to a 12 diameter that are scheduled 40 and 80. Its applications include potable water, conduit, sewer, drain, waste, and vent (DWV) systems. With its reliable performance, you can trust this PVC solvent cement for secure and durable pipe connections.A specially formulated heavy bodied, medium setting, high strength PVC solvent cement designed for joining larger pipe sizes. For use on Schedule 40 and Schedule 80 pressure pipe and fittings through 12 diameter. Applications include potable water, conduit, sewer, and drain, waste and vent (DWV) systems. When used for pressure applications, pipe and fittings 5 diameter or larger and Schedule 80 systems, use of Parabond' C-60 primer prior to cementing is recommended.

Product Description

1104HB is a solvent cement designed specifically for use in joining all classes and schedules of PVC (Poly Vinyl Chloride) pipe and fittings through 12 diameter (including Sch. 80). It is a medium setting, high strength PVC Cement. 1104HB meets ‘LOW-VOC’ emission limit, as outlined by SCAQMD 1168/316A to qualify for LEED credits covered under LLED-NC 2.2: Credit 4.1. This productemits less than 510 g/L.

Application

1104HB is formulated for use on piping systems for potable water, DWV (drain, waste, vent), electrical conduit, irrigation and sewer / drain applications. 1104HBis manufactured to the high standard of ASTM D 2564 to ensure a quality product. A sample is kept from each batch to verify the quality of Arrow cements. Follow the directions on can label. Additional information is available upon request. Skill and knowledge on the part of the user is required to make a good quality joint.
